Hi everyone,

Does it matter if I use two Sub IC's to connect the Pre/Pro and the Sub instead of the regular stereo IC? My 2channel setup is pre/pro to sub then to amp. From sub to amp, I have a regular stereo IC.

Basically, unbalanced analog audio interconnects are all the same. But for long interconnects (like sub-woofer sometimes are) chose an interconnect with a heavy braided shield.

Other forums debated this subject. I have used both and really do not hear any difference. So I now use the better Sub IC in my system.

Hola. These are my findings and liking. Copper likes bass, and silver likes highs... try to use a good copper I.C. for low frequency. I do like DH Labs. They offer a good product with a very attractive price. Of course, out there are a lot of good different alternatives, stick with the ones that you liked most. Happy listening.
