I have a pair of Sequel ll's that have served me well for many years. Yesterday the woofer in one of them died. It's making very quiet, tinny, fuzzy sounds but no bottom end. I swapped it from one speaker to the other to be sure that it was the culprit and not something in the electronics.

So now that I've swapped it I feel pretty sure that I could replace it and save lugging the beasts down somewhere to get them repaired. The speakers are far from new so I presume I need to replace both woofers.

Is there any consensus on the best replacements? Should I just Contact ML and get them to ship me a pair of woofers or is there another alternative that might offer some improvement?

I'm in Toronto Canada so any local knowledge of sources would also be appreciated.

Thanks

Gary

The best bet would be to contact ML. Two replacement woofers will restore your speakers back to their best.
