Pioneer VSX-33

Hey everyone... Got rid of my HK 2600 and picked up a Pioneer Elite VSX-33 the other day. Still playing around with it.... But is amazing... Can't figure out the networking part of it... Anyone know details? It states if the IP address begins with 169 it wont work...

These enet-enabled CE appliances should all default to DHCP auto IP address assignment. Have you plugged in an active ethernet cable yet?

I sure did... I think it may be due to the kind of router and how I have it set up... i'm going to play around with it a little more.
