I recently purchased a pristine 700B amp and was wondering about pairing it with Vantages.
I read on one site that it was not advised because of the low impedance load of ML speakers, evidently the Phase Linear amps don't do well with low impedance.
Does volume level have any bearing in amps and low impedance loading?
Does anyone have any experience with this combo or can give me any guidance?
Thank you.

This amp was not designed to handle the loads of electrostatic speakers, and you would be ill-advised to use it with them. It will overheat and short out, possibly damaging your speakers in the process. Volume level does certainly make a difference, but you may very well think you are in the safe zone, until the music hits a dynamic peak, and then it is too late. Amp and/or speakers blown. Simply not worth it. Get some efficient cone speakers for this amp, or find another amp to run the Vantages.
