Maybe a stupid question. Has anyone tried to paint their electrostats? The rim around it and the cube part?

I would not chance painting the stats, If you did prepping would be a nightmare and ordinary oil paint would look like crap even if you sprayed it on

I believe James (Pcar928) did his in piano black or some black sheen that looks like piano black. They look amazing.

I cant remember who it was, but someone on here made a very nice marble (looking at least) case for his sub boxes on his spires. He also did some heavy mods to the crossovers.
