Need information on the Chicago/Homer Glen area

I wanted to know if the area around Pheasant Lane and Surrey Lanes is a good area.Any info will be greatly appreciated.

Not familiar with the subdivisions your asking about, but the last time we moved 7 or 8 years ago, the wife and I looked in Homer Glen, but decided against it. The big one for us was No Sidewalks, at the time or kids were very young, sidewalks were a must. Also it's in Will County, Property Taxes are very high. I live two villages over in Will County and pay more than $11,000 a year in property taxes. Unlike cook county which half is paid every 6 months in Will County you pay half in June and the other half in September
