Any Squeezebox will be fantastic as it is the software which makes the product great.

I have not personally used the Touch, but heard it is great.

The other great thing is that you can add as many as you like and proxy-stream them all from the same server. eg. You might want to add a Boom or Radio in rooms with no main sound system.
