I have never owned a ML speaker. I have auditioned in the past. I have no system today as I lost my music room in a move. i am in the middle of building a new music room on the second floor of my small barn, where perhaps the WAF factor will not be so important?. Last system was quasi ribbon dipole. Sounded fine but i find these drivers with the aluminum traces sputtered on Kapton Mylar to be delicate. Pushing them lead invariably to repair at some point. Rebuilt them 3 times. Wondering about the durability of ML? The way they are built it seems as though they should be pretty tough/long lasting. Is this the case? Used work well?
