grotto/sub/servo

I have a Grotto using it for LFE duty and it was bottoming out during the movie Lawless. I noticed that the cone moving in and out way to much usually the servo ciricut prevent this from happening. is there anyway of checking out the servo/part on the Grotto. thanks

emailed Martin Logan and they said it is probably the driver servo. it is located under the dust cap. I am purchasing a new driver and hope it works. thanks for all the responses!
