Well hats off to Angel. He played very well down the stretch. I was pulling for Perry, but Angel deserved to win. Congrats! What a tourney!!

You can't 'join' per se.
It's by invitation only, I believe. Annual dues are estimated to be around $10k/year (according to Wiki). It may or may not be true, but considering the amount of money the TV stations (such as CBS) shell out to televise the Masters, the low dues fees could be pretty accurate.
