Cinema i at University Audio on E-Bay

Does anyone know about this posting on E-bay and also listed on the Audio-gon site. It represents University Audio in Madison WI as an authorized Martin-Logan dealer. They are selling the Cinema i for $1049.00(plus shipping).

Obviously, this almost 45% less than the price I have seen the Cinema i for sale, anywhere.

Has anyone had experience with or information about this dealer?

That might be 45% less than a used Theater but that is about the correct going rate for a used Cinema...maybe a touch high even. Now if it is BRAND NEW, then that is a good deal, but I would still rather have a Theater. I have a Theater now and had a Cinema before and I prefer the Theater...
