Is anyone really surprised that she was found dead? Too sad, another young life ruined by drugs. Edit...Winehouse. Sorry 'bout that.

I actually never got into her brand/sound... but a sad loss nonetheless.

Sadder still (IMO), we had this wonderful babysitter back 10 years ago, her name was Carolina. Sweet beautiful girl, full of love and laughter. She stayed in touch with us through the years. She was getting married later this summer. Found out Thursday she had a severe brain aneurism (sp) - hosptalized, and things went from bad to worse. She passed yesterday.

When death strikes a loved one, it really rings your bell and clarifies the VERY temporary arrangement we all have here on planet earth.

Be kind, do nice things for others, don't be a prick. Because in the end, isn't it the happiness you bring to others that really counts? I think so.

Cheers

Does anyone else find it eerie that she died at the age of 27? Just like Jim Morrison, Janis Joplin, Jimi Hendrix and Kurt Cobain.

Very strange.
