I once attached Dunlavy 4 speaker boxes to the ceiling of my garage. I hoisted them up an tied them off...never knew they were there. You can do like wise in a closet,etc. Replacement Summit boxes are $300!!!, I'm sure Spire's are similar.

Spires I don't know how you are connecting the speaker cables...Bi-wired or into the bass and jumped to tweeter or into tweeter and jumped to bass. It will make a difference ! I use pure copper strips that I made up from 20 amp flat copper cable, others on this site use similiar or other...

You could place the amp on top of the subwoofer. I would probably isolate the amp with a rubber mat / maplewood or something similar, protecting the sub's finish and the amp from some vibrations...layering will work. The weight from the amp will also yield cleaner bass from the sub.

Different Angle... While your waiting for the Sim I7 to arrive, try positioning the Spires straight ahead vs inward. Also experminent with different Rake angles to see if this helps: very easy to do if you are using the spikes. Some users have the panels straight up vs angled back.
