I was just wondering about the impedance, as I've heard/read that electrostats may go below 2 Ohm? To me, the sound is fantastic, but this I mainly attribute to the Theos. My former speakers were Infinity 8 Kappa, and the change is magnificent.

Hi As my amplifiers are placed to one side of the speakers, I need different cable length to reach them; 3 and 5,5 meter respectively. Will there be any difference between having the same length to each speaker and, more economically.., using only what's needed to reach each speaker? Doubly...

The crackling could appear at any time, interval and sound level. However, I haven't had any problem since my thorough vacuuming of both front and rear. So, I guess it must have been some dust (not unlikely dog hair, as suggested..)
