Overloadin Pathos' input
Wondering if you have any issue with your source overloading the Pathos' input. I have a Marantz SA-7S1 and the output seems to be too high for the Pathos especially when using XLR input.

Just notice one of the Vantage is louder then the other. :mad: I've switch the speakers around just to make sure it isn't my amplifier. Anyone experience this type of problem?
Finally got the circuit board replace. They also replaced both panels as well because they are making some clicking noise.

My Pathos Logos http://www.pathosacoustics.com/logoseng.htm can drive my Vantage very well. There is another gentlemen on this forum who has a similar setup. The Vantage is a lot easier to drive comparing to my Aerius.
Looking at Maniax initial post, the problem is quite similar - piano and female vocal. I think the problem is there all along but since the Vantage does highlight bad/distorted recordings, I was thinking/hoping that it was just the recording itself.

I find that the vantage is so revealing that even distortion (mostly overload) in the recordings can be heard very easily. I usually use some nice headphone to make sure it isn't the recording. In addition, could it be dust on the panels?
