Sequel Il with Mark Levinson 383 or Krell KAV500 amp?

I can buy a Mark Levinson 383 to replace my Krell KAV500 amp.
Is That a good idea? Anybody with experiences here?

I used to have a ML 383 and was very pleased with its sound quality and power. It also has a home theater bypass feature for integration into a theater set up If necessary. I don’t know what you use for your current preamp but that should weigh into your decision.
