receiver/summits?

i’m having to down size my system due to financial problems i would like to know if anyone can recommend a reasonably price surround/ all in one receiver with phono input that could handle the summits? since i need to only drive the stat panels i know there demanding but i’m not that particular. i do watch some video so would like something that would be good in surround also thank u
