I had to use the forgotten password link to see if I had ever registered and it turned out I had. A lifelong electrostatic fancier, first Acoustat 1+1's,then ML Ascents, finally CLS II's. I also have a Descent i sub. BTW if anyone lives in the Albany, NY area I'd be happy to sell those Ascents. Never quite cared for the bass. It may be after hearing the new high end hybrids I would come to the ML engineers' way of thinking that hybrids are the way to go, but I have not for the most part had a chance to listen critically to any of them. I did hear the Neolitths at a show but they were way overloading the room, and certainly my rooms, let alone the price, would preclude them anyway. I wish Dennis would put on more naturally microphoned acoustic music at the shows.
