I recently purchased some new ML 13a after 10 years with ML Summits. I currently run a Rogue Audio Cronus Magnum integrated valve amp and a Nad M2. The Nad M2 often shuts down at higher listening levels due to its inability to handle the low impedance of the ESL. I am looking at getting a Sanders Magtec ESL amp however there are some great prices available on Musical Fidelity M8-700m at the moment. These monoblocks are high powered, high current amps with low THD and S/N ratio. They are however a bridged design amp. Has anyone had any experience with these amps on ML ESL speakers? Can they handle an impedance of less than 1 Ohm with relatively good stability. I can't see myself even using a quarter of their power capability.
