Music Reference RM-9 with ML: A Good Match?

I have an opportunity to buy a Music Reference RM-9. Will it work well with Martin Logan Ascent i loudspeakers? Does anyone have any knowledge about this amp.

I've heard the RM-9 driving Aerius. Great match. Not sure how Ascents might differ as a load. RM-9s are 100 wpc. They coaxed really good bass from the Aerius, good loudness, aside from the usual ML traits. They haven't been manufactured in a while, if I'm not mistaken, so not sure about the age of the amp.

The amp in question is 14 years old and has been well cared for, but nevertheless, I think it's too old despite the excellent reliability record for Music Reference equipment. At the very least, I would need to replace the tubes, which seems reasonable enough, but the capacitors will also need replacing sometime soon, making this RM-9 less attractive to me.
