Motion 2 not working

Good evening guys ! Was looking for a good home theater and found this kit with 2 Motion 4, center is a Motion 8 and 2 Motion 2 for the rear speakers. I plugged everything and discovered that one Motion 2 isn’t working. Tried changing cable, different sound tests, changed the output on my amp so I definitely know that the speaker is the problem. I can hear the sound coming out but it seems like it is 2 miles away ! I do not really know how to open it and I would find in it but do any of you had this problem before ? I absolutely love the clear sound it gives so I would like to make it work ! Thanks for your help !

If you're hearing some faint sound from it, perhaps the mid-woofer is blown, and you're only hearing the tweeter?

I think you have to pull the front grill off (with wire hooks?) to access anything.
