ML Descent phase

So hi all

I have a difficult time hearing phase differences. So here is my question - I have a descent hooked to a preamp that inverses the phase and I flip the red/black on the speaker cables to account for that.

What SHOULD my phase be set to on the descent to account for this inverting phase pre ??
