How do you change rails on an Aerius.

What is the procedure for changing the rails on the Aerius or SL3. Are they the same for either? I will be changing from the light oak to black.

I did it once, M/L forgot to send the instructions with the replacement stats, Jim Power at M/L talked me through it or e-mailed instructions.

I think the rails slide up and push down to go back on, but don't hold me to that.
