want to upgrade amplification and spend max 3000 euro.What ampli make's a difference(hold the pré and a new end or a better integrated(for that price?)

All amps make a difference. Depends on what type of difference you are looking for. There are many threads here (do a search) with people posting their favorites from: Plinius, Cary, Anthem, Classe, Rotel, ARC, QuickSilver, TAD, etc.

It all comes down to what type of sound you are looking for in a price range you have available. With ML's you are looking for current output over watts output.

There is no best....only what you hear as best....
