I picked up a Depth i to pair with my ReQuests. I habeen using an old set of Velodyne servo subs, which had the extension to the low frequencies, but not the definition to match the electrostats.

I’m still getting the Depth i dialed in, but it blends very well with the ReQuests.

I know, the room is far from ideal, but serves multipurpose for theater and audio.

My depth i developed what I think is an amplifier problem. I bought it new years ago and the problem started about 2 years ago after the warranty ran out.

It makes static sounds occasionally through the speakers. Luckily it's very sporadic and goes away.

I've got a new balanced force 210 on order with Shawn now. The depth i sounds good, but I've had several problems with it. Hopefully this newer sub won't have any issues.

The amp problem I was told by ML is not uncommon in that generation sub.
