13 with some static

One 13 has faint on and off Static that at times can hear when playing but also when my TV show is paused. It seems to be the whole panel. I regularly vacuum and have no pets. The other one is fine. I will be switching speaker cables over the weekend which will help diagnose. The noise sounds a bit like crackling static but very faint. I’m thinking it’s in the ML electronics but swapping the speaker cables will help pin point.
Any ideas on what it can be???

Forgot to mention the static comes and goes mostly it’s not there at all.
