One more "cheap" upgrade for the ESL-X I found: Removing the rear woofer speaker cloth cover helped improve the low -end audibly !

Hello. Check with Martin Logan to see of they have something for use with the Odysseys. When I bought my ESL-X's three years ago, I was able to purchase a spare pair of the cloth covers the speakers where shipped in.
