My Monster Power HTS 5100 died yesterday. I'm looking at the APC AV H15 to replace it. Has anyone used this or had experience with it? Or does anyone have any similarly priced recommendations? I can pick up the APC for less than $250. Thanks

Inside the Electronics box of the CLS II is a switch labeled S2. It says "High Voltage Output Reduction Switch" There are 2 settings, 1 and 0 0: Standard Setting 1: Yields 10% Reduction I have no manuel so I have no idea what this switch does Below is a pic.
