I only use dsp for bass, i use a passive analog high pass filter for the panels sounds great, dsp for the panels to much smearing

I have quest z I just put them at the top beam

As a test I bought a pair of fostex ft17h super tweeters and a aitima a07 chip amp. Using my driverack 360 crossed them at 14k at 12db per octave in a up fire configuration Amazing sound adding great high end

I just ordered the tweeters, here did you get the baffle horn?

I am running the woofer 80 to 300 and the panel 300 and up with the Minidsp hd

I own a pair of quest z speakers I replaced the woofers with the peerless also bypassed the crossover and used the minidsp hd Biamp the speakers what a huge difference adding a sub made it world class

I have a pair of Quest Z, just installed the peerless drivers and think the results are fantastic bass now very tight matches speed of the panels and the depth I sub

Ordered the peerless woofers and I am going to get something like dynamat to line the box and the speaker basket, moved the dsp to 300hz to 80hz for the sub

have you washed your panels? I vacuumed mine they look really clean but they are 25 years old

Yes I already bypassed crossovers for bass driver just getting the speaker cover off is more of a trick

To remove the woofer the wood sides need to be removed? And the grill is slot loaded did you modify that?
