Looks like I solved my stat problem. The black wire attached to the stat came loose. I soldered it and it's working now. I'm guessing it happed when I vacuumed to panel.

I dont mind mailing, but it would depend on the price. New ones are over 1K and I'm not willing to spend that on speakers that old. Thanx
