Re-checked User Manual Specs for Mark Levinson No.23... Here is a quote, verbatim, from the ML No.23 manual, under "SPECIFICATIONS, RATED POWER": "400 W minimum continuous sine wave power into 4 ohms with both channels driven from 20Hz to 20kHz with no more than .2% THD (FTC)".
