Does anybody have an idea of how many replacement panels they sell in a year? Are they patented could they be produced by someone else? If the numbers are up there you would think someone at $600.00 to $900.00 a pop would want to produce them.

Here's a question. I have a pair of Gershman X1s set up next to my Sequel IIs I have been switching back and forth, I biwire using two sperate runs would it be possible to wire the highs to the Sequel panels and the lows to the bass connections of the Gershmans without causing a problem?

I have a pair of Sequel IIs with newer panels but original woofers. What led you to change out the woofers and what difference in sound did you notice once replaced?

I think Velodyne subs should be mentioned even the older FS series subs are very musical and you can pick them up for few hundred dollars.

I ran an ARC D400 with my Sequels which is 200 watts a channel and it did well. You can find these for around $1500.00. I would also think the Classe amps would be do well also and are priced right.

When I had my CLS IIzs I ran a ARC D400 MKII and a ARC VT130 with them when I used the VT130 it just didn't stack up to the D400. On the other hand when I use the VT130 with my Sequel IIs it sounds great.

Depends on what you call cheap. Monster M2.2 single or M2.4 biwire work good and probably can be had for $100.00. Signal silver resolution are good. Audioquest Mont Blanc sell for $650.00 for a 8' length used and are real nice, if you don't like them they'll resell easily.

The Odysseys have smaller panels the same as the Sequels. The Prodigy panels = Quest panels.

You can switch the power supplies around and see if the problem follows them or not. It also sounds like you need to reseat the trim panel on the one speaker a five minute job. Who knows that might just be making your slight difference in sound.

See if he'll let you try them for a week in your System at least that way you'll know if they are keepers or not. Personally it's the one ML speaker I'd love to try.
