i want to thank everyone for their replies. I would have preferred to get the Vistas, but kept deferring as I attempted to determine my level of craziness. My dilemma appears to have been solved by Audioholics selling out of the Vista speakers. Amazon has ONE at 2199!

Thanks for the reply and feedback everyone. I found a pair of Puritys for $1299ea and I'm thinking I may just go this route. The Sources are the better price point, but the powered solution may just be what works best for me. Decisions!
