I have heard about using hockey pucks, but since I have the anti-fatigue mat I am going to try it first.

I do have wood floors so the wife has nixed the use of spikes even with the coins. A poster on another forum suggested putting the sub on a trimmed down anti fatigue mat as it does the same thing as a SubDude-II Subwoofer Acoustic Isolation Platform or using the SVS Soundpath Sub Isolation...
