I've never had a problem with Harman Audio. I've purchase many of their products over the years and the very, very few times I've needed service, they responded quickly and fairly.

I sure would like to hear from some more long time ML owners. I was planning on ordering a set tomorrow (no one has them in stock), but I might hold off if I don't think they will work in my area.

I'm getting them from Best Buy and not sure if that is an option, but probably wouldn't do that anyway. That's why I would like to be confident I can get the sound I heard in the Demo room before I take the plunge.

There is a niche in the back wall of the family room where I have my A/V equipment. It is 32" deep by 84" wide by 52" high. At the present time, I have my TV setting on a table with a pair of Polk R50 speakers on the sides of the TV. I would like to replace these Polk's with the ML Preface...
