I am attempting to drive my SL3 speaks. "they" say a tube watt is equal to 2-3 ss watts. I was hoping a 60-75 ultra-linear could do the job. The SL3 has powered woofs but... Thanks

Hi Folks, Can any of the fairly new tube amps handle ML speakers? I.E Jolida, Yaqin, Music Angel... All seem to be Class A w/30-35 watt triode ouput and 50-70 watt output ultra-linear. Looking to get in to tubes on the cheap side (if possible). Thanks

Tubes So....a tube amp at 50-75 wpc 8ohm will do the job? I can also get an Outlaw 750 (165x5) for about 550.00 but it is an SS amp. So many choices-makes my head spin.

I know this has been asked many times but time for an update. I just purchased a great pair of SL3's. Tube or SS? How many watts? Tight budget! Best way to go? If it says 100 wpc in to 8ohms does that mean 200wpc in to my logans? HELP
