One of my Spire's output is lower than the other. It is about 3db less than the other. Both panels have been replaced, also the power supply on the weaker speaker was replaced too, but the problem persists. What else could it be?

I have had my Ascents off and on for about 13 years. While they do sound great, I am wondering what ML speaker would be a true upgrade? My limit is about $5K either new or used. Which speaker would be a real upgrade to my Ascents, by giving me a better sound, great image and better bass?
