Why do Martin Logans have such Lousy resale value and interest?

I would really be intersted in your speakers BUT - I'm living in Europe - You specified you would ship only to US - I'm not sure Spire would accept 230V . Second-hand Spires are still very uncommon on the european market. Maybe worth a try, although I understand packaging might be an issue.

    best cd player under $2k

Don't hesitate! Go chinese! Jolida JD100A, and now 100S, Cayin CDT17, Shanling 200, Original Leonardo...All are top-class performers with Valve output, and btw, look at the price...! :)

What CD player do you own?

Have a look at chinese stuff:for a budget player, I found the Jolida JD100 unbeatable; The cayin CDT17A is a more expensive option. Both feature a valve output section, and you can find them currently around 300-700 US$ on the web.

    amp recommendation for Martin Logan

I have powered my old Sequels with a Krell KAV 300 i for 8 years until now, and have been pleased with this association.I think new KAV 400i could be a good match and a great value for money, unless cost is no problem to you...
