If your budget permit, go with the Summit. It is a much better speaker than the vista which is avery good speakers for it's price but doesn't compare at all with the summit. Everything in the Summit will be better than the Vista. Musicman.

Will take some photo and will try to post some when i came back. I have a pair of spire driven by a 14b sst2 and bp26, really want to see how it compare between the two system. The room will be different of course, but want to hear how much better it can be.

Sorry, I should have read a little further down. Anyway, I decided to go to the show to hear that system and others of course. Will leave tomorrow morning.

I read on the bryston forum that they will have the CLX on demonstration driven by Bryston 28B sst2 monoblock, BP26 pre-amp and their BCD-1 cd player. Would really like to attend the show to listen to this. Too bad I can't make it this year.

I have the same problem with my room, can you give the links to these videos. My listening room is about 15 ft by 30 ft which I think being multiple to each other is bad. Is this is correct. Gilles

I have a pair of Vantages couple with a Descent "i" and the bass with the Vantage alone is excellent but with the Descent "i" it is impressive. I have not try the Rel so cannot comment on them. If you go with the Martin Logan sub you should consider the "i" version since it match beautifully...

Descent i Hi all, I have received my Descent i last week end and I really enjoy it. This sub is impressive, just out of the box it sounded incredible. This is a great looking component also. The Depth was very good sounding but I prefer the Descent i : it is out of this world...

Just go to the Martin Logan web site and see the new Depth i and Descent i, which match with the new ESL design. They are available in the same wood colour than the Vantage and Summit. Musicman

Descent i After reading all your comments, which I agree with you all, I decided to go with the Descent i. Will have to wait about a month before receiving it. All your comment help me out to make my final decision. Thanks again for all your input. Will keep you inform about the performance...
