Looked at two Mac 275 today. Brand spanking new, 3700 bucks. Dealer showed me the new price increase from Mac, everything is going up as of April 1. That 3700 may not be cut in stone. May be able to get them a bit cheaper. Even the dealer made comment that the prices are out of hand.

Wrong choice of words, sequels are rated 200 at 6 ohms, my mistake.

My Mac puts out 200 watts at 4 ohms. The Sequels do 200 watts at 6 ohms. Therefore if my amp peaks out on ocassion, I'am only putting around 150 watts into the ML's. Why I ask this question is because while playing Telegraph Road there was a point where the needles on the Mac were burried and I...

Hi Pixel......are you monoblocking RB1070 or 1080's there, I cant tell. If so, how do like them? These ML's are a new animal to me, and Iam trying to ge a handle on what works for users.

Picked up some Sequel II's yesterday, and my Maggies are pushed off in the corners. Curious about cables through. I am running the ML's with a Mac at the moment, they sound quite well in fact, but was wondering if these are cable specific. Also should I consider biwiring as another avenue.
