My 2 cents. I was given one on loan to try with my Summits. Lasted about 3 hours, then took it out. Was cold and thin. I thought it sounded terrible. I am amazed by this tread and the positive things said. I guess it confirms thats its all about your personal preference.

If the amp cannot handle the ohm drops with ease, your tops will be roll off . The best way to determine what you should audition is the amps ability to double the power into each ohm load. Anything on your shopping list should be able to do this, otherwise im my experience, your wasting your time.
