I have a pair of CJ Premier 5's that has been running fine for a long time.
However, about 3 - 4 years ago, I decided that I wanted to totally refurbish these amps. (Its in Norwegian, use the Google translator...)

Inductors
You will benefit greatly if you change the inductors in your panels.
Bass will be deeper and tighter, sound more natural.

Why dont you try with a small UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) between tha wall and each of your speakers. It will probably set you back only 50 - 100$ pr. UPS and you'll get blacker background (better dynamics), deeper and better bass and a more musical presentation of your CD's / DVD's /...

I have both had the CLS I original with old and new strators, and the last 10 or so years I have had the CLS IIz. I have always enjoyed the way they communicate the music compared to other speakers. Still I have never gotten quite the slam in the bass...
