As a college student studying mechanical engineering at Iowa State University, I have been working hard at Best Buy and saving my pennies. Working there has opened my eyes to the possibilities that exist in the world of HiFi. I've always liked good audio quality, but have moved on from believing my Onkyo 7.1 HTIB was top of the line to realizing there is no top of this particular line. The sky is truly the limit.
Working for Big Blue allows me a few unique opportunities, and cost effective products. However, these stellar deals are limited, so I try to stick within the bounds of what good deals I can get. Fortunately, Martin Logan is one of the most generous companies to offer us a discount. In the not-so-distant future, I will be building my first strictly 2 channel system. And I want every bit of information I can before I start dropping dollars.
