    Martin logan NOOB from Madison, wi. Anyone got Vistas up here?

    I 'Third' PML and Danvu. I just received mine last Friday, and even without breaking them in, I notice a nicer wider sweetspot, open soundstage and goosebumps galore. I had the Source SE and he Vistas are a much better speaker. Like Nike says..."just do it"! Oh I see you just did...:)

    Are Matched ESL Speaker Pairs critical?

    Thanks all. I did check the boxes and they do have sequential serial numbers:rocker: Purchased through Audioholics! They just arrived today, unfortunately both speakers arrived with damages on the grill ;(

    I ordered my Vistas online and I'm not sure they sell them as "matched" Pairs? Should I be concerned that they are not matched or with sequential serial numbers? Are they just important as buying matched vacuum tubes?:confused:

    Thanks 'yall. Just ordered my Vistas and sold my Source SE. ML emailed me about my inquiry and said that there were only 100 manufactured of SE and they are very Rare!. oh well I'm sure the Vistas won't disapoint :devil:

    The Sources sounded pretty good but had a hard time with the sweetspot. Is the Electromotions panel that much better than the Sources?

The Source were great for awhile but I never fell in love with them like I wanted to. I've been reading "bigger is better" so I'm possibly considering the Vistas...
