Has anyone ever picked up a distorted transmission from a Amateur Ham Radio operator? Ever so often my Aeons pick up a distorted signal from a close neighbor.

I forgot to mention this interference has usually only happened when my home theatre system is completely shut down. Also, it only seems to affect my Aeons ... I have never heard any sounds coming from my Scripts or Cinema when this happens. It is almost like my Aeons are acting as an antenna. It only happens a few times a year for a short time periond, so I think it is contingent on the direction in which my neighbor points his large ham radio antenna. So, I am not going to compromise my system for those very few times (down graded speaker wire or disconnect my Richard Grays). The bottom line is that it really is not an issue with me ... I was just curious to know if anyone else had experienced this interference.

I used to live in a very high traffic area. My Vandersteen 2Ces used to pick up what I assume to be cb or short-wave radio signals from time to time and only for very short times frames (5 seconds at most). Nothing to date with my MLs.
