A great program is MAME running the original Atari roms. You'll probably have to visit a lot of dodgy sites to get the ROMS you want and get it all up and running, though.
Retrocade was cool, too, and was the fastest PC emulator, written in assembler. Think it might have bitten the dust now, though, at least for running on Vista?

yeah, i used to have MAME and all the ROMS for the games back then... still have them all, but for some reason they don't run on my computer anymore... hmmm loved playing all those old games..

Yeah, MAME (or us UNIX guys call it, XMAME) is great. I haven't fired it up in a loooooooong time. Gorf is one of my all-time faves. Them were the days! :rocker:
