Well there ya go.... He's a outstandingly good service manager, but busy as a one-legged man in an a$$ kicking contest. E-mail contact is the best way to talk to "The Man".

    Send him my regards.

He is busy and as a result may not be available at times. I've worked with others in the customer service dept and they were just as helpful as Jim so i wouldn't hesitate to use them either.

Here's another contact in their service department - Melody Brouhard. She's very helpful as well.

    Hey all,

I've changed the title of this thread and made it a sticky, so we all know where to find it when someone asks.

    Thanks!!

At the California Audio Show (July, 2010) I was told by the Martin Logan rep that Jim had retired.

There is a thread on the subject. Jim did not retire. He was unceremoniously laid off.

Do we still want this thread as a sticky?

If so, we should at least modify the 1st post.

I just called ML today, February 18. Their vm was: "Our office is closed for the the 4th of July".
