There were a half dozen rooms set up my AK members. Imagine putting all your equipment in your car and driving from let's say from Minnesota to stay in a hotel room and have strangers give you their two cents or ask a bunch of stupid questions.

Well these guys love 2-channel so much, this is what they did, just to enjoy sharing their love of the hobby with others.

I think these systems of older equipment were some of the better rooms in a lot of ways, and the conversations were enjoyable as they were not selling anything (most of the time).

I just loaded everything I took that day into a photo album without any editing.

If you enjoyed yourself at this show you really need to try to get out here to Denver in October for the Rocky Mountain Audio Fest. Same general feel I suspect based upon your write up's, but literally 20-25 times larger. 3 full days isn't enough to see and hear it all.
