What can I say; Freddie Mercury is his own instrument. The “WOW” factor of this CD can only really be reproduced on a set of speakers that have superb imaging (such as Martin Logan). This album starts off with “Bohemian Rhapsody” and immediately hooks you in. The atmosphere this CD creates reminds me of the Pink Floyd DSOTM SACD anniversary release (which is my favorite home listening recording). The range, contrast, and location of the instruments and singers are simply amazing. I believe this is a must own and it definitely impressed me right from the gates.
