When : Monday November 12th, First set 9pm, 2nd set 1am
Where : Chicago's Green Mill http://www.greenmilljazz.com/
Cost: Just $7.00 at the door

Attending: So far
Burke
Cherian
Joey
Wayne

Anyone else care to join us??

In attendance:
Burke
Cherian
Wayne
Cherian's friend Paul

Cherian and I got there about 8:00pm and literally had our choice of any seat in the house. We sat at the bar. about 15 feet from the stage. we could have sat directly at the foot of stage but thought the sound would not be as good. Wayne showed up just before show time.

As great as Patricia Barber sounds on MoFI SACD, and ML Summits, it pales in comparison to live. The Quartet really swings.

This will be repeated and I urge everyone to try and make it.

I think a good time was had by all. The band was very tight.

Looks like I missed a good time. Thanks for the pics guys!

Hey Guys, looks like a great time !! I'd love to take it in on a trip to Chgo.

Questions......1) was Mark Walker on drums ? 2) If so did they perform the song "Company" (great percussion piece off the Modern Cool LP)

You Chgo guys have all the fun !!

I had a Great Time, My only regret was the 15 hour day at work today after being out half the night. But while you 2 are working tomorrow, I won't be.

Patricia's piano playing is outstanding and stands out much more Live.

The band is very tight, and the Green Mill a very intimate venue.

The $7.00 cover is a steal.

Would do this again in a Heartbeat, I left wanting to hear more.

Dave, I believe the Drummers name was Erik, He did no less than 3 drum solos and all were outstanding. You make it to Chicago I'm sure we would all go again. She plays every Monday night she's in town.

Looks like a good time was definitely had by all! Sweetness!

Good point on the autographed vinyl... I definitely gotta remember to do that when I stop by Green Mill. So sad I missed it, but there's always next time!

Thanks for the pics fellas!
